Unit 1 - Stories
Final Task:
- Part 1 (due Wednesday Sept. 21) :: Conduct an interview in English. You must record your interview (use an app on your phone, a website like vocaroo.com or a software like Audacity) and share your recording with Mrs. Coronel (email). Your interview should go beyond simple questions. Ask interesting questions, so you can get the other person to share their life story with you!
- Part 2 (due Tuesday Sept. 27) :: Select some information from the interview, and write a short biographical story (1-3 pages) about the person your interviewed.
Unit 0 - Review & Introductions
Final Presentation - What did you do over the summer? - Due Friday August 26th
Give a short presentation about your summer. Your presentation should be about 2-3 minutes long. Focus on correctly using the past tense.
Extra credit - If you think that your summer was boring, you can add minutes to your presentation and get extra points by adding a "I would have liked to..." section. In this section you can talk about things you wanted to do this summer, but didn't do. For example, "I would have liked to visit my best friend in Japan, but I did't have enough money to buy a plane ticket."
